Terms and conditions
These terms cover reading this website. They do not cover buying the product, because the purchase happens at the seller’s checkout under whatever terms are displayed there — and those, not these, are the ones you agreed to.
This is an information site run by Slimtidedaily, a U.S. stocking partner for Slimtide. It publishes what the label says, what the seller’s written pack says, and what a short list of named public sources says. It is not the manufacturer: the label names Instituto Experience of Lakeland, Florida as distributor. Nothing here is medical advice.
If this site and another document disagree, the other document almost always wins. The physical label on the bottle governs what is in a capsule and how to take it; the checkout and the sales page govern what you pay and what you are promised; the cited source governs the published figure. This site is last in that order, deliberately.
Who publishes this and what it is
Three separate roles that a reader is entitled to see kept apart.
Slimtidedaily publishes this website. It is a U.S. stocking partner for Slimtide — a retail desk that stocks and sells the product to buyers in United States. It did not formulate the product, does not make it, and does not print the label.
The label names the distributor: Instituto Experience of Lakeland, Florida, with the telephone number +1 (507) 448-8190 printed under DISTRIBUTED BY. Questions about the product itself — how it was made, what a mark on the bottle certifies, what happened to a particular batch — belong there rather than here.
The order desk is the third party. It takes orders, ships them, tracks them and refunds them, on +1 (302) 200-3480. This website cannot do any of those things and does not hold any order record.
Why the distinction is in the terms at all
Because the wrong assumption costs you time. A reader who believes this site is the manufacturer writes here about a batch and waits; a reader who believes it is the order desk writes here about a refund and waits.
Both replies say the same thing: the record you want is somewhere else, and here is the number. Putting it in the terms means nobody has to discover it by waiting.
Use of this site
What you may do with these pages, in the plainest words available.
You may read this site, print any page of it, quote it, link to it and take it to a doctor or a pharmacist. It was written to be used that way. Quoting a page along with a link to it is better than quoting it alone, because the link carries the sources with it.
- Do not present material from this site as the manufacturer’s statement, or as a clinical or regulatory finding. It is neither.
- Do not republish pages as your own work, or strip the sources and disclaimers from a quotation so that a figure appears without the document it came from.
- Do not attempt to interfere with the site, its hosting or its delivery to other readers.
- Do not use anything here to sell something else. The arithmetic on these pages was done to inform a buying decision, not to supply a competitor with a slogan.
The brand names, product name and label artwork belong to their owners and appear here because a page about a product has to show the product. Their appearance is not a claim of ownership and not an endorsement of this site by anybody.
What is published here, and what it is not
The first of the two disclaimers that actually matter.
Everything on this site is product information. It is not medical advice, not a diagnosis, not a treatment plan and not a substitute for a conversation with a doctor or a pharmacist. Nothing on this site is medical advice. Talk to a doctor or pharmacist before starting any supplement, and especially before starting a live-organism product if you are unwell, immunocompromised, or taking any medicine.
The product is a dietary supplement. It is not a drug, it is not approved by the Food and Drug Administration, and the structure/function claims printed on the bottle carry an asterisk for a reason. These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. This product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
Nothing here promises an outcome. Individual results vary. Food, sleep and activity still matter, and no capsule replaces any of them. The Federal Trade Commission’s own reference guide lists the weight-loss claims that are always false, beginning with substantial loss without any change to diet or exercise, and no sentence on this site makes one of them.
Where this site compares a declared amount with a published dose, the comparison is arithmetic on two numbers that both belong to somebody else. It is offered as information about scale, not as a statement about safety, legality or efficacy.
Accuracy, and which document wins
Every page here is written from a document. When two documents disagree, this is the order they are read in.
This site is built from three kinds of material: the supplied label artwork, the seller’s written pack, and a short list of named public sources. Where the artwork and the pack disagree, the artwork wins and the disagreement is printed rather than tidied away. Where this site disagrees with any of them, they win.
| Document | What it governs | If it contradicts this site |
|---|---|---|
| The Supplement Facts panel on the bottle in your hand | What is in a capsule, per serving: the three declared amounts, the blend total, the organisms and the footnote. | The panel wins, absolutely and without argument. |
| The rest of the printed label | How to take it, storage, the caution, the age statement, the distributor and the country-of-origin line. | The label wins. Note that it contradicts itself on storage, which this site prints rather than resolves. |
| The seller’s checkout | Price, pack, shipping, taxes, and the terms you actually agree to at the moment you pay. | The checkout wins. No price appears on this site at all, because none was supplied to it. |
| The sales page | The offer: what is included, and the length of the guarantee if it is longer than the 60 days the pack describes. | The sales page wins on the offer. This site prints the shorter, safer figure when the two differ. |
| The cited source | The published figure itself — the 12 g intake, the 28 g Daily Value, the definition of a probiotic. | The source wins. Every one of them is linked in full so you can read it instead of this page. |
| The order desk | The state of your order: what shipped, when, where to, and what a refund is doing. | The desk wins. It has the record and this site has never seen it. |
| This website | Description, transcription, arithmetic and the reasoning between them. | This site is last. That is not modesty; it is the accurate order. |

The practical version: if the bottle in your hand says something different from a page here, believe the bottle and then write to [email protected] so the page can be fixed. Artwork is revised, and a site built from a supplied flat can be describing an older print run than the one you are holding.
The affiliate relationship
Printed in the terms as well as in the footer, because a disclosure that only appears once is a disclosure somebody hoped you would miss.
Slimtidedaily is a stocking partner for this product. If you buy through this site we may be paid for the sale. It has not changed a figure on this site, and the arithmetic below is the evidence of that: it is not flattering.
What that means mechanically: the buy links on this site are internal links that hand you to the seller’s order page. They carry rel="sponsored nofollow", which is the markup that tells a search engine the link is commercial. No affiliate or tracking URL is printed in the page copy anywhere on this site.
The test of a disclosure like this one is whether the site says anything the commission would prefer it did not. This one says that reaching the only authorised dose for the main ingredient would take 57 capsules a day, that the probiotic is declared by weight rather than by count, that no strain is named, and that the label contradicts itself on storage. That is the evidence, and it is the only kind of evidence that counts.
The site also publishes no rating and no review. This site publishes no customer reviews, no star rating and no order count. The figures supplied to it were described by their own author as layout copy. There is no structured data for a rating on this site at all, and no offers block, because no price was supplied.
Limitation of liability, in plain words
Written as sentences rather than as capital letters, because a clause nobody can read protects nobody.
This site is provided as it is. It is written carefully, every figure is traced to a document, and it is corrected when it is wrong — but it is not warranted to be complete, current or error-free, and a page cannot promise that the bottle you receive matches the artwork it was written from.
- What this site is responsible for
- The accuracy of what it transcribes, the arithmetic it prints, and correcting an error once it is reported. Those are the things it actually controls.
- What it is not responsible for
- The product, its manufacture, its storage before it reaches you, the contents of a delivery, a price, a shipping time, or anything that happens at the seller’s checkout.
- What no website can be responsible for
- A decision about your health. That one needs a clinician who knows your history and can ask you questions, which a page cannot do.
- What is excluded by law and not by this page
- Nothing here tries to limit a liability that cannot lawfully be limited. Where a term of these could not be enforced, the rest still stands.
To the extent the law allows it, Slimtidedaily is not liable for loss arising from use of this website or from reliance on it. That is the standard sentence and it is here in its standard place. The unstandard part is the paragraph above it, which says what the site does accept.
No court, arbitration scheme or governing-law clause is named in these terms. None was supplied to this site, and a jurisdiction clause invented by a copywriter is worth less than no clause at all. The site is published in United States for readers there.
Links to other places
There are two kinds of outbound link here and they are not the same kind.
The first kind is a source. Every published figure on this site is linked to the document it came from: a National Institutes of Health fact sheet, a European regulation on EUR-Lex, a Food and Drug Administration guidance page, a Federal Trade Commission reference guide. Those links exist so you can stop reading this site and read the source instead.
The second kind is the buy link, which leads to the seller’s order page. What happens after you follow it is governed by the terms displayed there and by the payment processor’s terms, neither of which this site writes or controls.
No other site is endorsed by linking to it, and no source linked here has endorsed this site, been consulted about it, or reviewed a word of it. A citation runs one way.
Changes to these terms
Dated, like every other page here.
These terms are rewritten when the site changes in a way that makes a sentence here untrue. Reading the site after a change means the changed version applies, which is the usual arrangement and worth stating once rather than three times.
Last reviewed September 24, 2026. Corrections go to [email protected] with the page and the sentence. Orders, refunds, tracking and returns go to +1 (302) 200-3480, which is a different desk with a different record.

One, three or six bottles. The price is on the seller’s checkout page, because it is one of the few figures this site was never given — and a figure we were not given is not a figure we will print.
Shipping cost and delivery time were not supplied either, which matters more than usual on a product whose label asks for refrigeration. The guarantee is 60 days from purchase unless the sales page prints longer.
