SlimTide Money-Back Guarantee: How to Claim
A money-back guarantee is a statement about your money. Everything on this page follows from taking that sentence literally.
SlimTide's money-back window is 60 days from purchase, or longer if the sales page prints a longer one.
To claim, phone the order desk on +1 (302) 200-3480 with your order ID. The buyer pays return shipping, and a tracked service is advised.

What the pack says, in full
One sentence, one conditional, and the conditional is the part people drop.
The written pack gives the guarantee as 60 days from purchase unless the sales page prints a longer window. Both halves matter. The first sets a default; the second says the default can be beaten by the seller’s own page.
So the sentence on the checkout page you actually buy from is the governing one. If it says 90 days, you have 90 days. If it says nothing, the pack’s 60 applies. This site prints the conditional every single time it mentions the guarantee, because dropping it would quietly shorten somebody’s window.
- When the clock starts
- At purchase, as the pack words it — not at delivery. A slow parcel eats into the window rather than extending it.
- How long it runs
- 60 days, unless the sales page prints a longer window, in which case that one governs.
- What starts a claim
- A telephone call to the order desk on +1 (302) 200-3480 with the order ID. Not an email to this website, which cannot see orders.
- What was not supplied
- Nothing states whether an opened bottle is treated differently from an unopened one, or whether a multi-bottle pack must be returned whole. Ask the desk before you post.
Read the seller’s wording at checkout and note the date you read it. Terms are edited, and a screenshot of the sentence you bought under costs nothing to take.
The roundel carries no term
One of the eleven marks on this product is about money, and it is the only one with a document behind it.

The graphic says there is a money-back guarantee. It does not say for how long, and a guarantee without a term is not a guarantee you could act on. The term comes from the written pack and from the sales page, not from the roundel.
That makes this mark unusual on this bottle in a useful way. Most of the other ten marks assert something about the product — purity, practice, formulation — and nothing was supplied behind them. This one asserts a policy, and a policy at least has a document.
What the roundel still cannot do is tell you what happens on your particular order. That is the desk’s job, and the rest of the marks are audited on the quality marks page.
What a money-back guarantee is
A short, dull, accurate definition, because the word is used to carry far more than it holds.
A money-back guarantee is a purchase policy. It is a promise by a seller that if you ask within a stated window and follow a stated procedure, the money you paid comes back to you. That is the entire content of it.
Yes
- It gives you a defined period in which to change your mind.
- It gives you a procedure to follow, which is better than goodwill.
- It puts a named address and a named telephone number behind the promise.
- It costs the seller money when it is used, which is a real commitment.
Settle this first
- It is not evidence that the product works.
- It is not a safety assurance, and it is not a substitute for asking a clinician.
- It does not cover your return postage, which the buyer pays.
- It does not extend because a parcel was slow, because the clock runs from purchase.
The left-hand column is worth having and this page is not sneering at it. The right-hand column is what people read into the word and it is not there.
What it is not
The guarantee is about your money. It makes no statement about your body.
A refund window says nothing whatsoever about whether a capsule does anything. A seller can offer 60 days, or 180, on a product with no evidence behind it at all; the offer is a commercial decision about return rates, not a claim about biology.
This matters more in weight management than in most categories. The Federal Trade Commission’s guidance on spotting false weight-loss claims lists claims it says are always false, beginning with losing two pounds or more a week for a month or more without dieting or exercise. A long guarantee sitting beside a claim like that does not make the claim any truer.
Three things this window does not do
It does not tell you how many live organisms were in the capsule. The blend is declared as 36 mg by weight and no colony-forming count appears anywhere on the label.
It does not tell you which strains they were. Three species are named and no strain designation is printed for any of them.
It does not resolve the storage instruction, which the same side panel gives twice and differently.
None of that is an argument against the guarantee. It is an argument against treating it as reassurance about anything other than your money.
How to claim, in order
Four steps, and the first one is a telephone call rather than a parcel.
Find your order ID
It is in the order email, alongside your name and the address the order was placed under. The order ID is the item that actually identifies the purchase.
Phone the order desk
Call +1 (302) 200-3480 — orders, tracking, changes, refunds. It is open monday to friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm eastern time. This is the channel with the order system behind it, and a claim begins here.
Ask what to send before you post anything
The desk confirms the window against your purchase date and tells you what it wants in the parcel. Asking first is worth real money, because the next step is the one you pay for.
Post it to the returns address, tracked
Returns go to 909 Third Avenue, Floor 16, New York, NY 10022, USA. The buyer pays return shipping, and the pack advises a tracked service. Keep the tracking number until the refund appears.
Do not start a claim by emailing this website. [email protected] is for pages, typos, privacy, press and it cannot see orders. There is no order system behind it, so a refund request sent there cannot be looked up or approved.
The mechanics after the parcel leaves you — what goes inside it, which address, who pays, and how long the money takes — are set out on the refund policy.
Who pays, and what to keep
Two short answers, and a list of things that cost nothing to hold on to.
The buyer pays return shipping. That is the pack’s own wording and it is not unusual, but it is worth knowing before you post rather than after. A tracked service costs more and is what the pack advises, because an untracked parcel that does not arrive is an argument you cannot win.
The refund is the money you paid. Nothing supplied says that original shipping is returned, and nothing says it is not, so this site states neither. The desk can tell you which applies to your order.
- The order email, with the order ID in it.
- The postage receipt and the tracking number for the return.
- A photograph of what you put in the parcel, taken before you sealed it.
- The date of your call to the desk and the name of whoever you spoke to.
- A screenshot of the guarantee wording on the page you bought from, in case it is edited later.
None of that is onerous and all of it is free. It is the difference between a claim you can evidence and a claim you can only describe.

One, three or six bottles. The price is on the seller’s checkout page, because it is one of the few figures this site was never given — and a figure we were not given is not a figure we will print.
Shipping cost and delivery time were not supplied either, which matters more than usual on a product whose label asks for refrigeration. The guarantee is 60 days from purchase unless the sales page prints longer.
