How to take SlimTide capsules
The directions on the bottle are one line: take one (1) capsule daily with an 8 oz. glass of water. The caution says do not exceed the recommended dose. There is no loading period and nothing to mix.
The label does not set a time of day. Pick one you can keep, such as with breakfast, and keep it the same so a missed day is easy to spot. If you miss a capsule, do not take two the next day, because the label caps it at one.
The caution also says the product is for adults 18 and over, and that anyone pregnant, nursing, taking a medication or living with a medical condition should ask a physician before use.
How should you store SlimTide capsules?
This is the one part of the label that argues with itself. Under Suggested Use and again under Storage, it says “Refrigerate for optimal quality”. Four lines lower, it says “STORE IN A COOL, DRY PLACE”. The written pack adds a third version: refrigerate after opening to preserve the potency of the probiotics.
A sensible reading is to keep the bottle in the fridge once it is open, with the lid tight so damp air stays out. Keep it away from heat, light and humidity, as the label also says. Do not use a bottle whose safety seal is damaged or missing.

It cannot give you a fiber dose in grams. The European Union authorises its chicory inulin claim only for food providing 12 g a day. At 211 mg a capsule, that would take 57 capsules a day, on a label that says one. The probiotic is declared by weight, so the panel does not say how many organisms are alive.
